Mary J. and Keri Get Sued

Mary J. Blige and Keri Hilson are being sued for copyright infringement in connection with Mary’s song, “Take Me As I Am”.

Songwriters Jay Ballard and Kim Jones claim that Mary and The Clutch (a production team that Keri is a part of) stole their song “Take Me as I Am” which was released in 1995 and used it for Mary’s song of the same name that was released in ’05.

They want money from proceeds of the single and album it was released on. Source

I haven’t heard the original. But is there anything besides the title that’s the same?
