Wale Sued for Bailing on Concert

Rapper Wale was supposed to perform in NYC this summer, but was a no show.  Now promoter Upfront and Personal Global is suing him for the $25K he was paid upfront.

The company presented in court docs, a signed contract between Wale and them as well as two wire transfers for $12.5K each. They claim he’s yet to respond to attempts to collect the refund. Source and Image
