“She’s Gotta Have It” Series to Hit Netflix

Netflix has ordered a new series based on Spike Lee’s 1986 breakthrough film, She’s Gotta Have It.

Spike Lee, along with his wife, will serve as executive producer.  He’ll also be directing all ten episodes.

The movie revolved around Nola Darling, a Brooklyn woman who took ownership of her sexuality and wavered between several lovers. The series will feature the same characters in a modern, more gentrified Brooklyn. Source and Image

This might be a good one.  I’ll be checking for it.  Will you?
