Prince Be, Dead at 46

Prince Be, of P.M. Dawn fame, has passed away.

Prince, nee Attrell Cordes, died in his New Jersey home after a long battle with diabetes.

A post on the P.M. Dawn Facebook page reads: Prince Be Rest In Peace forever more, Pain from Diabetes can’t harm you anymore.”

He’s survived by his wife Mary and three children, Christian, Mia and Brandon. Source and Image

46 is so young.  I hope his death helps people realize how serious of a disease that diabetes is. Condolences to his family, friends and fans.

Ron Lester, Dead at 45

Actor Ron Lester, of Varsity Blues fame, has died.

Ron, who was just 45-years-old, is best known for his role as Billy Bob in Varsity Blues.  His VB cast mate, James Van Der Beek, tweeted:

“Sad day… #RonLester was a sensitive soul with a huge heart. Everything you loved about Billy Bob was authentically Ron. #RIP bud.”

Ron had been hospitalized after experiencing several medical issues with his liver, kidneys and heart. Source and Image
