Scott Weiland, Dead at 48

Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver’s former front man, Scott Weiland, has passed away at 48-years-old.

Scott was found dead on his tour bus.  His wife confirmed his death while a post on his Facebook page read: ‘Scott Weiland, best known as the lead singer for Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver, passed away in his sleep while on a tour stop in Bloomington, Minnesota, with his band The Wildabouts. At this time we ask that the privacy of Scott’s family be respected.’

J Capri, Dead at 23

Dancehall artist, J Capri died at a hospital in Jamaica early today after being involved in a car accident.

She never awoke form a medically induced coma.

“She will be sadly missed, she had a promising future and a lot to contribute to Jamaican music,” her rep said. Source and Image

Chris Carney, Dead at 35

Chris Carney, of twentyfourseven fame, has passed away at the age of 35.

Chris was involved in an accident that also claimed the life of his friend Ezekiel Blanton.

He’s survived by his wife Tiffany Thornton, who co-starred with Demi Lovato in the Disney Channel series Sonny With a Chance. The couple had two children together. Source and Image
