Chiefs Johnson Football

Larry Johnson of the KC Chiefs has been suspended pending an investigation of his use of a gay slur he used on his Twitter account.

He apologized for using the F word saying to “all the kids who view athletes as role models. I was not a good role model yesterday and hopefully I can become a better role model. We all make mistakes, and the challenge is to learn from them. I will do my best to learn from this one as I move toward becoming a better person, teammate, and member of the Kansas City Chiefs team and community.”

“I regret my actions. The words were used by me in frustration, and they were not appropriate. I did not intend to offend anyone, but that is no excuse for what I said” he said through a spokesman.

Coach Haley refused to comment, saying, “I’m just not going to comment any further because there is some stuff going on.” Source

Larry is free to say and feel however he wants against my beloved queers.  BUT since he’s a public figure he might want to keep those thoughts off his Twitter account since everyone and their mama has access to it. Dumb, just dumb.
