T-Pain Lays Autotune to Rest

Rapper T-Pain, seems to be giving up his autotuneism, a disease that Jay-Z has ridiculed him for. He recently showed up to an album release party in Miami driving a hearse that carried his ‘big ass chain’, top hats, and autotune recorder in a casket. The hearse was blasting Jay-Z’s ‘Death to Autotune.’

Listen. I’m not a huge fan of auto tune. But T-Pain reinvented it. And he shouldn’t just let go of it because Jay played him. Embrace it damnit! Ride that pony like Ginuwine would…til the mofo is REALLY dead. It’s the American way. Don’t pay old mister Carter any mind. He’s just crotchety and his preperation H hasn’t been working for him lately.
