Actor Sherman Hemsley died over a month ago.  But his body has yet to be buried.  The reason? Folks are fighting over his will. Six weeks before he died, he signed his will which left his entire estate (worth $50K) to his manager Flora Enchinton.  Well the will is being contested by his brother, Richard Thornton, who thinks the will is fake.

Flora sais she was Sherman’s manager for over 20 years and lived with the actor and his friend Kenny Johnston and never heard Sherman mention any relatives.
She says, “Some people come out of the woodwork — they think Sherman, they think money. But the fact it that I did not know Sherman when he was in the limelight. I met them when they (Hemsley and Johnston) came running from Los Angeles with not one penny, when there was nothing but struggle.” Source

Don’t you just love how folks pop up outta nowhere when people die? Dick, go sit down somewhere and let Sherman’s real loved ones lay him to rest.
