Samuel L. to Play Slave in New Tarantino Flick

Samuel L. Jackson just won the role of a slave name Stephen in Tarantino’s ‘Django Unchained.’  Will Smith was originally rumored to be taking on the role, but Quentin decided to go with old pal Jackson.  Jamie Foxx will be playing the lead.

The movie is a western about a freed slave searching for his slave wife in the Old South.  It’ll hit theaters Christmas of next year. Source

Even though I have a love hate relationship with Quentin (I never go see his flicks in the theaters), this sounds like a good one.
