‘The Game’ Picked Up By BET

THE GAME

Fans of the CW canceled show, “The Game,” will be happy to know that it’s been picked up.  BET confirmed through one of the show’s producers Matthew Cherry, on Twitter that they’re going to pick up the show.

He tweeted:

@Director_Cherry The first hurdle has been crossed for new epsiodes of the show to be produced for BET. Now actor and producer contracts must be worked out. half a minute ago from web

I never watched the show during its run and have only caught it in syndication when someone else happens to have it on.  But I will say that I actually enjoy it…just not enough to break my ban on watching BET programming. Sorry.
