Mike Tyson will be starring in an animated series on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim.
He’ll be playing himself in “Mike Tyson Mysteries” where he and his sidekick, a foul-mouthed pigeon, solve mysteries.

Reggie Bush and fiancee Lilit Avagyan welcomed a baby girl yesterday. She weighed in at 8lbs 9 oz.
He was quoted in Rolling Out back in April stating the following:“I’m very excited. Very excited about the baby. It’s our first one and couldn’t have come at a better time. It couldn’t have come with a better person. Someone I really love and care about. It’s great. It really worked out perfectly.” Source

PageSix is reporting that John Legend was caught smooching a girl at NYC club Acme…and it wasn’t his fiancée Chrissy Teigen.
A source said he was partying with male friends who struck up a conversation with “two pretty girls in their late 20s, one blond and one brunette” at the next table. After “chatting all night,” the witness said the blonde got up to go to the bathroom after 1 a.m., and “John followed her.”
John was then seen pulling the woman into a bathroom with him. “He was walking in, and just grabbed her arm and brought her with him,” said the witness. Another witness later. Source
One of Kroy’s ex’s, Elizabeth Seward, came forward to out him for cheating on her with Kim Zolciak.
“It was crazy,” she told In Touch. Elizabeth says she had been dating Kroy since January and was blindsided when she saw the pictures of Kim and Kroy together at the star’s former co-star Cynthia Bailey’s wedding.
“How could you have not told me? I left a week ago,” Elizabeth’s text reads, “I trusted you,” she writes in the text.
“I don’t know what you want me to say. I f—ed up. I’m sorry,” Kroy’s response back reads.
But a source close to Kim insists, “It wasn’t betrayal. It was just the normal thing that happens when someone is dating and finally falls for someone. The other people get left behind, and sometimes they get hurt.” Source
Tennis rising star, Sloan Stephens, beat her mentor, Serena Williams last January in the Australian Open and she says Serena has abandoned her.
She says in ESPN magazine, “She’s not said one word to me, not spoken to me, not said hi, not looked my way, not been in the same room with me since I played her in Australia. And that should tell everyone something, how she went from saying all these nice things about me to unfollowing me on Twitter.
“Like, seriously! People should know. They think she’s so friendly and she’s so this and she’s so that — no, that’s not reality! You don’t unfollow someone on Twitter, delete them off of BlackBerry Messenger. I mean, what for? Why?” Source

Former NFL player, Terrell Owens, has unsuccessfully over the past few years tried to return to football with no success. So he’s trying his hand at another sport, bowling.
He played this week at the United States Bowling Congress Open Championships and got scores of 185, 129 and 161 in three games.
He said, “The first game went pretty well. I’m still new to this, so when I saw some of the guys switching balls, I felt I should switch, too. I probably should have stayed with the same ball. I ended up going back to the first ball I used and made some other minor adjustments with my feet and eyes.” Source

An auction house is suing Kobe Bryant for trying to stop his mother Pam from selling his high school memorabilia.
Pam Bryant made a deal with Goldin Auctions to sell a bunch of Kobe’s stuff including a 2000 All Star game signed ball, game and practice jerseys from his days at Lower Merion High School, a Lakers jacket and shorts, trophies, his varsity high school letters and lots of other stuff.
The auction house bought the memoribela from Pam with a $450,000 advance. Pamela told them Kobe gave her all the items 5 years ago.
But Kobe claims it’s his stuff and he’s trying to block the auction.
So Goldin Auctions has gone to court, naming Kobe as the defendant and asking a judge to declare Pamela the owner of the goods. Source

I’m a 34-year-old NBA center. I’m black. And I’m gay.
I didn’t set out to be the first openly gay athlete playing in a major American team sport. But since I am, I’m happy to start the conversation. I wish I wasn’t the kid in the classroom raising his hand and saying, “I’m different.” If I had my way, someone else would have already done this. Nobody has, which is why I’m raising my hand.
My journey of self-discovery and self-acknowledgement began in my hometown of Los Angeles and has taken me through two state high school championships, the NCAA Final Four and the Elite Eight, and nine playoffs in 12 NBA seasons.
I’ve played for six pro teams and have appeared in two NBA Finals. Ever heard of a parlor game called Three Degrees of Jason Collins? If you’re in the league, and I haven’t been your teammate, I surely have been one of your teammates’ teammates. Or one of your teammates’ teammates’ teammates.
Now I’m a free agent, literally and figuratively. I’ve reached that enviable state in life in which I can do pretty much what I want. And what I want is to continue to play basketball. I still love the game, and I still have something to offer. My coaches and teammates recognize that. At the same time, I want to be genuine and authentic and truthful.
Why am I coming out now? Well, I started thinking about this in 2011 during the NBA player lockout. I’m a creature of routine. When the regular season ends I immediately dedicate myself to getting game ready for the opener of the next campaign in the fall. But the lockout wreaked havoc on my habits and forced me to confront who I really am and what I really want. With the season delayed, I trained and worked out. But I lacked the distraction that basketball had always provided.
The first relative I came out to was my aunt Teri, a superior court judge in San Francisco. Her reaction surprised me. “I’ve known you were gay for years,” she said. From that moment on I was comfortable in my own skin. In her presence I ignored my censor button for the first time. She gave me support. The relief I felt was a sweet release. Imagine you’re in the oven, baking. Some of us know and accept our sexuality right away and some need more time to cook. I should know — I baked for 33 years.
When I was younger I dated women. I even got engaged. I thought I had to live a certain way. I thought I needed to marry a woman and raise kids with her. I kept telling myself the sky was red, but I always knew it was blue.
I realized I needed to go public when Joe Kennedy, my old roommate at Stanford and now a Massachusetts congressman, told me he had just marched in Boston’s 2012 Gay Pride Parade. I’m seldom jealous of others, but hearing what Joe had done filled me with envy. I was proud of him for participating but angry that as a closeted gay man I couldn’t even cheer my straight friend on as a spectator. If I’d been questioned, I would have concocted half truths. What a shame to have to lie at a celebration of pride. I want to do the right thing and not hide anymore. I want to march for tolerance, acceptance and understanding. I want to take a stand and say, “Me, too.”

The recent Boston Marathon bombing reinforced the notion that I shouldn’t wait for the circumstances of my coming out to be perfect. Things can change in an instant, so why not live truthfully? When I told Joe a few weeks ago that I was gay, he was grateful that I trusted him. He asked me to join him in 2013. We’ll be marching on June 8.
No one wants to live in fear. I’ve always been scared of saying the wrong thing. I don’t sleep well. I never have. But each time I tell another person, I feel stronger and sleep a little more soundly. It takes an enormous amount of energy to guard such a big secret. I’ve endured years of misery and gone to enormous lengths to live a lie. I was certain that my world would fall apart if anyone knew. And yet when I acknowledged my sexuality I felt whole for the first time. I still had the same sense of humor, I still had the same mannerisms and my friends still had my back.
Believe it or not, my family has had bigger shocks. Strange as it seems today, my parents expected only one child in 1978. Me. When I came out (for the first time) the doctors congratulated my mother on her healthy, seven-pound, one-ounce baby boy. “Wait!” said a nurse. “Here comes another one!” The other one, who arrived eight minutes later and three ounces heavier, was Jarron. He’s followed me ever since, to Stanford and to the NBA, and as the ever-so-slightly older brother I’ve looked out for him.
I had a happy childhood in the suburbs of L.A. My parents instilled in us an appreciation of history, art and, most important, Motown. Jarron and I weren’t allowed to listen to rap until we were 12. After our birthday I dashed to Target and bought DJ Quik’s album Quik Is the Name. I memorized every line. It was around this time that I began noticing subtle differences between Jarron and me. Our twinness was no longer synchronized. I couldn’t identify with his attraction to girls.
I feel blessed that I recognized my own attractions. Though I resisted my impulses through high school, I knew that when I was ready I had someone to turn to: my uncle Mark in New York. I knew we could talk without judgment, and we did last summer. Uncle Mark is gay. He and his partner have been in a stable relationship forever. For a confused young boy, I can think of no better role model of love and compassion.
I didn’t come out to my brother until last summer. His reaction to my breakfast revelation was radically different from Aunt Teri’s. He was downright astounded. He never suspected. So much for twin telepathy. But by dinner that night, he was full of brotherly love. For the first time in our lives, he wanted to step in and protect me.
On getting back together with Kordell, Porsha says, “You know, I really don’t have the space in my mind to consider that right now. I’m in the middle of a divorce, so reconciliation is not at the top of my list. So, that’s not something I’m thinking about.”
Porsha says she still hasn’t committed to returning just yet:
“You know, it’s a possibility. You know, this last season for me was bittersweet. I gained some great girlfriends and some oner situations just fell apart for me. So it’s something I’m considering, I just haven’t really decided just yet.” Source

Kobe Bryant tore his Achilles tendon during the Lakers agaim against the Golden State Warriors.
“Bryant elected to have surgery to repair the torn left Achilles tendon,” the team said. “The successful surgery was performed by Dr. Neal ElAttrache and Dr. Stephen Lombardo of the Kerlan Jobe Orthopaedic Group. Recovery time is expected to be a minimum of six to nine months.”
Kobe posted on Twitter:
“This is such BS! All the training and sacrifice just flew out the window with one step that I’ve done millions of times! The frustration is unbearable. The anger is rage. Why the hell did this happen ?!? Makes no damn sense. Now I’m supposed to come back from this and be the same player Or better at 35?!? How in the world am I supposed to do that??
“I have NO CLUE. Do I have the consistent will to overcome this thing? Maybe I should break out the rocking chair and reminisce on the career that was. Maybe this is how my book ends. Maybe Father Time has defeated me.”

While Chris Bosh was celebrating his 29th birthday with his wife Adrienne and their friends, their home was being robbed.
The couple got home to realize that whie their children, two babysitters and antoehr teanager were inside the home, someone had comeon in and ransacked their bedroom closet.
The thieves made off with amost a half million dollars worth of loot:
– 12 watches (worth $300,000k)
– 2 rings ($4,000)
– several purses ($155,000)
– $20,000 in cash
Tax records reportedly show that Lamar’s charity, Cathy’s Kids, hasn’t given any money to cancer-related causes since it was created in 2004.
Radar reports:
According to ESPN, in the case of Odom, 33, eight years of tax records revealed that his charity, Cathy’s Kids – named in honor his late mother who died of stomach cancer – has not given any money to cancer-related causes since its creation in 2004, despite raising an estimated a whopping $2.2 million.
In addition, the investigation says it found the charity primarily existed to finance two elite youth basketball travel teams. Of the $2.2 million raised by the charity, ESPN reports that at least 60 percent — $1.3 million — went to those AAU teams.
Shockingly, the charity paid only one executive — Jerry DeGregorio, Odom’s high school coach and best man in his wedding to Kardashian, says the report. DeGregorio — now an assistant coach with the Golden State Warriors — was secretary of Cathy’s Kids from 2004 through 2011, for which he was paid a median annual salary of about $72,000, while the charity operated at a loss since its creation.
ESPN reports that its 2011 tax returns show Cathy’s Kids is $256,000 in debt, mostly due to a loan Odom made to the charity, according to his business manager Lester Knispel, who is also the charity’s treasurer.
When approached in a locker room by “Outside the Lines,” Odom responded to the charity’s spending habits by saying, “It’s my money.”
And the image below shows part of Khloe’s involvement raising funds for the controversial charity. Khloe and Lamar set up an eBay account together, selling items from their “personal collection” to benefit the charity, according to their own description.
ESPN notes in its story that if a charity spends money — including paying someone a salary as in the case of DeGregorio — on activities not consistent with its stated mission, that could be a violation of tax law that could draw the ire of the IRS or a state attorney general’s office. If fraud was found, prosecutors could file charges.
Kordell Stewart filed for divorce from wife Porsha and asked that there be no spousal support or division of assets. Well according to TMZ, Porsha filed a counter suit claiming she should be compensated because she didn’t work while they were married and she helped take care of Kordell’s son from a previous relationship. She’s requesting spousal support, the house and legal fees. Source
She may not fight for the marriage, but she sure as hell is gonna fight for that money.
Michael Jordan has reportedly made his fiancée, Yvette Prieto, sing a prenup that is actually a pretty sweet deal for both of them.
If they divorce she’ll walk away with $1 million for each year of marriage, and if the divorce happens after 10 years, she will get $5 million for year they stayed together.
When he split form ex, Juanita Vanoy, she walked away with custody of their three children, their Chicago home and $168 million. In order for Yvette to get that kinda money, they’ll have to divorce after 41 years. Source

Kim Zolciak’s husband, NFL player Kroy Bierman, wants to adopt her two daughters from a previous relationship.
Kroy reportedly considers the girls his own and wants to make it official. Both Kim and the girls are down and since their father has been out of the pictures for a while now, this may be a pretty seamless transition. Source Kim really scored with this guy. Kroy is a good dude.
Recently Chad went in on Ev for no real reason at all. Then her daughter Shaniece read his ass. Well Evelyn isn’t taking this whole thing lightly. She’s issued a cease and desist letter ordering him to shut his face. She claims the things he said about her, namely that she slept her way into a book deal with Cash money, are false. She wants him to stop lying about her or she’ll get a restraining order against him. Source
Deion Sanders originally won full custody of his two sons, Shilo & Shedeur, with estranged wife Pilar. Pilar was given custody of the couple’s daughter, Shelomi. However, Deion obtained a court order granting him full custody of Shelomi.
Pilar’s rep, Kali Bowyer, said, “Unbelievable. He gets a judge to sign off on an order to take her daughter. Whose payroll is this judge on? Certainly not the taxpayers’.” Source

Michael Jordan is off the hook in that paternity case. Pamela Smith, the mother of the 16-old boy she’d claimed MJ fathered, dropped the case.
Pamela and her lawyer Randy Kessler had this to say today:
“Ex-Girlfriend of Michael Jordan, Ms. Pamela Smith authorized a dismissal of the current suit against Mr. Jordan. She began this case without an attorney, did her best to file what she believed to be a legally appropriate case. She then hired our firm. Our firm reviewed the legal posture of the case, the history of the case, the filed pleadings and the relevant law. Ms. Smith has relied on our advice, has carefully considered the pro’s and cons of continuing the case and has determined that dismissal at this time, without prejudice, is what is in her son’s best interests.” Source

The LA Lakers should probably just quit now. They’re not having the best season to start with. And now that Kobe is hurt it’s only going to get worse. Kobe sprained his ankle during Wednesday’s game against the Atlanta Hawks, a game that the Lakers lost.
After the game, Kobe said refs should protect shooters better.
He said, “As defensive players, you can contest shots, but you can’t walk underneath players. That’s dangerous for the shooter.”
Since Kobe has already started trying to get better, He tweeted: “Compression. Ice. Django. Zero Dark Thirty. This is Forty and 1 hour of sleep. #countonwill #countonhaters. On to the next.”

The National Enquirer is reporting that O.J. Simipson was attacked in jail by a group of skinheads. But it was one of “The Girls”, a group of homosexuals he’s buds with, that protected him.
A source said, “The guards sounded the sirens from the prison towers and rushed in with tear gas guns and other firepower. At first, O.J. was watching all this from a distance and didn’t even notice that two inmates were approaching him.
“Then, one of ‘The Girls’ spotted a flash of metal. It was sunlight reflecting from the blade of a knife wielded by a bald white power prison inmate rushing at O.J.
“At the same time, another one of ‘The Girls’ saw an attacker coming from the other side.
“The two white power prisoners charged toward O.J. They lunged at him and slashed at his face, coming close to cutting him. Luckily, they were blocked by his girly-man buddies. They may act like chicks but, believe me, they’re darn tough.”
O.J. ran for the safety of his cell, crying, “I don’t want to die.”

A woman anmed Pamela Smith claims that Michael Jordan is the father of her 16-year-old son. She’s filed a paternity suit and wants a judge for force him to take a test.
Pamela calimes that she became pregnant after having sex with MJ in 1995. Pamela gave birth to son, Grant Pierce Jay Jordan Reynolds, in June 1996.
She wants full custody and child support, to change Grant’s legal last name to Jordan, and for Michael to pay the child’s medical expenses. Source

The ENQUIRER is reporting that Elin Nordegren and Tiger Woods are getting back together at the request of their children. This news comes as the couple was recently photographed together for the first time since their split.
A source said, “Tiger and Elin have been secretly discussing getting back together for several weeks.
“The final straw came when Sam begged Elin, ‘Please, Mommy, marry Daddy again! I want him home with us all the time!’
“It touched Elin’s heart. Since then, she’s spent the night at Tiger’s house several times, but they’re taking it slow.

Despite the serious nature of the crime he’s charged for, Oscar Pistorius has been released on bail.
He’s charged with premeditated murder over the Valentine’s day killing of his model girlfriend. He contends the shooting was accidental and that he thoughs she was an intruder in his home. Source

Mike Tyson is suing SFX Financial Advisory Management, a firm owned by Live Nation, for embezzling more than $300,000 from him and costing him millions more in lost earnings.
The lawsuit claims the embezzlement prevented the Tysons from emerging from bankruptcy, and forced them to hire new advisers and turn down lucrative contracts. The lawsuit is seeking over $5 million in damages for breach of fiduciary duty, negligent hiring, unjust enrichment and other claims. Source

Dwyane Wade’s ex, Siovaughn Wade, has filed documetns saying that Dwayne is abusive to their children because he has deprived them of their asthma medicine.
The docs claim Dwyane“has never obtained any asthma inhalers or asthma nebulizer machines for the children since [Dwyane] was awarded children in his custody on March 11, 2011.”
“[Dwyane] recklessly failed to provide the five and ten-year-old children with any medication for a life-threatening illness.”
She also claims Dwyane’s been screwing her out of parenting time … “continuously and willfully making every effort to alienate the children from [her].”
She wants Dwyane prosecuted for visitation abuse. Source
Siovaughn needs better people. (She prolly needs some meds or at the very least therapy as well.) I don’t want to write her off as being crazy. I think she loves her kids and wants the best for them. But there’s some kind of emotional or chemical imbalance driving her actions as well. Her antics have landed her in jail, had her kids taken from her and make TWELVE lawyers throw up the deuces at her.
So she needs to get a lawyer with a thick skin, a high priced PR person, some Haldol and a chair to promptly sit down in. Please and thank you.
Steriods and a bloody bat was found in the home of Oscar Pistorius, the paralympian accused of killing his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.
A source said, “Steroid drugs were found at Pistorius’s home together with evidence of heavy drinking. That’s why police have specifically ordered that he be tested for steroids.”
A “blood-covered” cricket bat and 9mm gun cartridges were also found at the home.
It’s been reported that Steenkamp’s skull was crushed during the incident.
Pistorius’ friend Justin Divaris said that Oscar called him after the incident and said, ”I’ve killed my baba. God take me away.” He added: “Oscar called at 3.55am saying Reeva had been shot.”
“I said, ‘What are you talking about? I don’t understand’. He then repeated, ‘There has been a terrible accident, I shot Reeva’.” Source

Terrell Owens has been getting his stalk on. He was confronted by the LAPD around 4:30 AM Friday morning after they’d received a call that he’d been banging on a woman’s door for three hours.

Oprah Winfrey’s interview with Lance Armstrong is all people have been talking about today. Lance finally admitted to using performance enhancing drugs while competing in the Tour Du France. He said that he used EPO, testosterone, human growth hormone and other banned substances during his career.
He pretty much said it wasn’t his fault. “I didn’t invent the culture, but I didn’t try to stop the culture, and that’s my mistake, and that’s what I have to be sorry for, and that’s what something and the sport is now paying the price because of that,” he added. “So I am sorry for that. I don’t think — I didn’t have access to anything else that nobody else did.
He said, “I had this exercise because I kept hearing I’m a drug cheat. I’m a cheat. I’m a cheater. And I went in and just looked up the definition of cheat. . . . Football player Chris Rainey was arrested after police were called to an apartment complex because of an argment between a man and a woman. Chris and the woman were arguing over his phone when he allegedly pulled her out of a vehicle and slapped her in the face.
He was cut from the Pittsburgh Steelers following the arrest.
“Under the circumstances and due to this conduct, Chris will no longer be a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers,” Steelers general manager Kevin Colbert said.
He’s been arrested before for the same type of behavior. Two years ago he was arrested for sending a threatening text to his girlfriend that read: “Time to Die B—– u and ur???” Source

Carmelo Anthony of the NY Knicks has been suspended for one game, without pay, for confronting Celtics star, Kevin Garnett.
The pair had been exchanging words during the game Monday night. And apparently, whatever was said was enough to make Melo want to get in Kevin’s face.
Carmelo said that Kevin insulted him on the court and aid things that “crossed the line.” There are reports that KG said Anthony’s wife “tastes like Honey Nut Cheerios”

Deion Sanders recently won big in court when he was granted custody of his sons with estranged wife, Pilar Sanders. But he seems to have hit a bump. His lawyers have filed paperwork to withdraw from his divorce case because he hasn’t paid them and they can’t get in touch with him.

Football player, Hines Ward, admits he’s the father of a little girl born to w Melanie Smith.
Melanie filed a complaint to establish him as the father of her daughter Jordyn, born January 2011. Hines says he submitted a blood test shortly after the little girl was born and she was proven to be his. He claims to have already provided “substantial” support even though there’s no order in place. He would like joint custody and is happy to have already been allowed to spend a lot of time with his daughter. Source

Pilar Sanders has lost temporary custody of her two sons to estranged husband, Deion Sanders. She will retain custody of their daughter but Deion’s child support payments to her have been reduced from $10,5000 to $5,500 a month.
Her publicist, Kali Bowyer, said, “Pilar has become a victim of Deion’s celebrity status, which has swayed the courts and blinded justice . . . It has become evident at this point that there is an absolute prejudice against Pilar, and this has become a completely one-sided court circus.” Pilar herself said, “I am sad that Deion has been able to keep my boys away from me since Oct. 26 — no Halloween, no Thanksgiving — and now he is threatening to keep them away from me for Christmas. . . . Braylon Edwards of the NY Jets, was taken to court two years ago by Nik Pace, his model baby mama, for nonpayment of child support for his son Braylon, Jr. Well it looks like he’s at it again. Another woman, fashion blogger Ashton Whittington, is suing him for child support for their 18-month-old son, Ashton Arthur Whittington.
A source said, “Braylon and Ashton had a relationship, and around the time he was arrested in September 2010 [for DWI], she became pregnant. They are no longer together. He knows about his son and is paying interim child support, but Ashton is suing for a more formal child support agreement.” Source

Lamar couldn’t make his court date so he phoned it in. He was advised not to travel because of an injury to his tailbone. So he called in long distance from Cali for his custody hearing with ex, Liza Morales. He took Liza to court so that he could set a “Parental access schedule” allowing him to have the children appear on his reality show, “Khloe and Lamar.”
There’s no word yet on the outcome of Lamar’s talk with the judge. But Liza is adamantly opposed to her kids appearing on TV. Source

Ex NBA baller, Shawne Williams, was arrested for possession of weed and cocaine. The police believe he may have been trying to sell it.
Cops were patrolling the area when they smelled weed coming from his parked car. When they approached him he reportedly said, “Officer I ain’t gonna lie to you, there’s a blunt in the car and some syrup.”
The car was searched and they found a few blunts, and a bottle of codeine cough syrup, for which he didn’thave a prescription. He was arrested for possession of weed and coke with intent to manufacture, deliver or sell.

Evelyn and Chad have a no contact order issued by the judge in their domestic violence case. But that hasn’t stopped them from communicating. The pair have been using code to talk on Twitter.
After a fan asked Chad, ‘Why do you and Evelyn be sub-Tweeting?’ Chad replied, “Whoever @’s who first goes to jail, no contact order, Im enjoying sneaking around”

Jerry Brown of the Dallas Cowboys, was killed in a car accident yesterday. His teammate, Josh Brent, was at the wheel and has been charged with intoxication manslaughter.
Josh was speeding when the car they were driving in hit a curb and flipped. Jerry was found unresponsive at the scene and pronounced dead at a hospital. Officers conducted a field sobriety test on Josh and arrested him.
Cowboys owner, Jerry Jones said, “We are deeply saddened by the news of this accident and the passing of Jerry Brown. At this time, our hearts and prayers and deepest sympathies are with the members of Jerry’s family and all of those who knew him and loved him.” Source

British investigators have been seeking Misick’s arrest in relation to their ongoing investigation into widespread government corruption into the British Overseas Territory, south of Miami.
“Mr. Misick faces a number of charges relating to corruption and maladministration in TCI, a British Overseas Territory,” said investigators, now seeking Misick’s extradition to the Turks and Caicos. “The UK authorities are grateful to their Brazilian counterparts for their cooperation.” Because of a possibility of flight risk, Misick currently is being held in custody in Brazil. Alison Mathis, Chris Bosh’s first baby mama, took him to court and tried to have a judge declare Chris’s legal state of residence Florida instead of Texas. If a judge agreed to this, Chris would be forced to increase his child support payment from $2,600/month to $30,000/month.
However, the judge didn’t rule in her favor and the original ruling stands.

Jovan Belcher of the Kansas City Chiefs was involved in a murder-suicide this morning. He shot his girlfriend, Kassandra Perkins, at their home before going to Arrowhead Stadium and fatally shooting himself in front of General Manager Scott Pioli, Coach Romeo Crennel and other team personnel.
Jovan and his girlfriend reportedly had a fight early this morning and he shot her multiple times. His mother and the couple’s 3-month-old daughter were present when the shooting happened. Kassandra was taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.
When Jovan got to the stadium Chives personel tried to calm him down. The police were called but when they arrived they heard a gunshot and found that Jovan had shot himself in the head.
The Chiefs released the following statement: “We can confirm that there was an incident at Arrowhead earlier this morning. We are cooperating with authorities in their investigation.” Source

Lindsay Lohan was arrested early this morning following an incident where she allegedly punched a woman in the face at Club Avenue in NYC.
The woman, Tiffany Mitchell, is a psychic and had a premonition about Lindsay. So she approached her to offer her a free reading. Lindsay allegedly called the woman a “gypsy.” Tiffany started insulting Lindsay saying “Liz and Dick sucked.” And at some point Lindsay allegedly punched TIff in the face.
By the time the cops go tthere, Lindsay had left. But they were able to track down the car she was in and arrest her. Source

Jerramy Stevens was arrested yesterday for violating he probation from a 2010 marijuana possession charge.
Jerramy was arrested just two weeks ago for allegedly assaulting his wife, soccer player, Hope Solo. Those charges were dropped and the couple of two months got married the next day.
Responding to the talk of Jerramy’s most recent arrest, Hope took to Twitter and wrote, “I feel bad for all the ignorance in the world. People are so quick to judge. The media spins stories in such dramatic fashion. I will Continue to show love, and never make judgments. I am blessed w True Love & the beautiful game of soccer. His baby mama, Angela Sanders says she’s “frustrated” by Sapp’s request because she was fine sticking to the $2,500 a month while he was making buckets of money, so it’s unfair for him to lower it now.

Royce Reed and Dwight Howard are still embroiled in a pretty nasty custody battle. And now that Royce has been axed from ‘Basketball Wives’ she’s having trouble paying her legal fees. So she’s asking that Dwight pay her bills.
Royce filed documents asking a judge to make Dwight cover her legal bills to ensure a fair case, since he’s the one who filed for sole custody of their son. She says that since he makes over $1.3 million a month, he can afford to hire high profile lawyers while she’ll get buried in bills and be forced to drop out of the procedings.
She’s already racked up a $44,113.50 bill and is expected to tack on another $60,000 plus if she wants to continue with the case. Source

WNBA player, Chamique Holdsclaw was arrested for an incident between her and ex-girlfriend, Jennifer Lacy.
Jenner said that Chamique followed her to her gym, Jenn was scared do she called a friend to meet her. Chamique got out of her car with a baseball bat, smashed Jenn’s car windows and pulled out a gun. She fired a shot while Jenn was still in the car then lef the scene.
The couple dated for 4 years before breaking up last year. Chamique was arrested and released on $100K bail with an ankle monitor. She’s facing 2 counts of aggravated assault, 2 counts of damaging property and 1 count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. She is due back in court on November 30th. Former NFL player, Jerramy Stevens was arrested for assault after getting into an argument with soccer player girlfriend, Hope Solo.
Jerramy and Hope were fighting over where to live once they got married. Cops were called to the home and when Hope was found to have a small amount of blood on her elbow, Jerramy was arrested.

The NBA suspended Matt Barnes after he pled no contest to interfering with the duties of an officer.
Back in July he was arrested for driving on a suspended license and resisting arrest. The suspended license charge was dropped when he proved he had a valid license. But the NBA has decided to suspend him for his first game against the Grizzlies for the other charge. He’ll be back to work on Friday when the Clippers face the Lakers. Source

A judge awarded her $75K in back child support.
Bob has to hand over the $75k before Nov. 11, or face the consequences in court. He’s also agreed to pay $1K a month for a year before going back to the original agreement of $2,142/month. Source

Stephon Marbury allegedly had an affair with his private chef, Thurayyah Mitchell, then offered her almost $1 million to keep her mouth shut.
She worked for him for less than a year when he fired her. She claimed she was the victim of sexual harassment and even though he felt the relationship was consensual he still offered her $900K to keep quiet. He stopped paying her around the $600K mark and the case went into arbitration.
“It is uncontroverted that during Ms. Mitchell’s employment, she had a sexual relationship with Stephon Marbury which she described as occurring on approximately five occasions,” the arbitrator found.
She was awarded $330,000.
The filing became public yesterday, after her lawyers asked a judge to enforce the award.
During the arbitration proceedings, Stephon said that the money was to “buy Ms. Mitchell’s silence” because “a revelation of Mr. Marbury’s extramarital affair would embarrass him with his wife and children.” Source
Hulk Hogan is suing over a sex tape featuring him and Heather Clem, ex-wife of wrestler Bubba the Love Sponge that appeared on Gawker.com this month.
Hulk is seeking $100 million in damages from Gawker.com bosses and heather and Bubba.
He claims he “had a reasonable expectation of privacy in his consensual, intimate activities in a private bedroom and reasonably believed that his privacy was safe and protected.”
His lawyer says the recording of the footage was “illegal, outrageous, and exceeded the bounds of human decency.”

Venus and Serena Williams have a new member in the Williams clan. The tennis dynamos’ dad, Richard Williams and his wife, Lakeisha Williams, welcomed a baby boy recently. Richard is 70 and his wife is 33.
Deion was ordered to pay his soon-to-be ex wife, Pilar, $10K a month in child support. But he’s apparently pretty pissed about it.
He’s filed papers to have the amount lowered on the grounds that it’s 6 times what Texas law requires.
Pilar’s attorney said “Once again, Mr. Sanders has not followed the Court’s direct orders and has attempted to make up his own rules. It is clear that he still thinks he is “above the law.”
Chad has managed to avoid jail time as part of a plea deal for pleading no contest to misdemeanor domestic battery. He was sentenced to probation, anger management classes and must avoid all contact with ex-wife, Eveylin Lozada.
“She did not wish to proceed with the prosecution and certainly did not wish that Mr. Johnson be incarcerated as a result of this incident,” prosecutor Sarahnell Murphy said. Source

Chad will not be facing jail time for head butting his wife. As part of a plea deal, he’ll be placed under probation and have to go to anger management. He also agreed to a no-contact order that would prevent him from having any contact with Evelyn. Source
Chad told Showtime’s Inside the NFL, “I’m taking classes, anger management classes. I’m trying to find out how can I channel my anger when I’m in situations to where I would pop off. How can I defuse those situations?
“Where do I go from here, now that I think about it? I gotta work on Chad. Chad has to work on Chad. Chad has to go deep down inside and figure out where he went wrong. At what point did you lose focus on what’s most important, especially the game of football?” Source

Floyd Mayweather just got out of jail for assaulting one of his baby mama’s, Josie Harris. And now another baby mama, Melissa Brim, says he got into it with her recently. She called 911 to report that she’d had a verbal altercation with Floyd and that he’d taken her cell phone and left.
When police got there, her phone had been returned by one of Floyd’s people and she refused to press charges.
By the time police arrived Melissa’s phone had been returned by one of Floyd’s associates and she declined to press charges. Source
And that’s just why he needed more time in jail as well as some counseling.
Venus and Serena Williams decided to pull out of the TIFF premiere of a documentary about their life. They’ve been clashing with the producers of ‘Venus and Serena’ over the portrayal of their father. They don’t like that the film covers Richard Williams’s out of wedlock children and paints him as a control freak. Source
Unless they told the film’s creators that certain things were off limits then they can’t really get mad. I mean, if it walks like a duck…
Never before heard claims of abuse from Jean Strahan by Michael Strahan are now being revealed. Apparently in their 2005 divorce case Jean painted him as a real monster. During a court hearing she said that he beat her repeatedly when they were together. She said that he’s broken her nose, given her black eyes, and beat her so bad that her kidneys were damaged to the point she was peeing blood.
She said the beatings happened only while they were dating and stopped after they got married.
The judge hearing the complaint dismissed the claims against Strahan made by his then-wife. Source
I’d heard he was a cheat, gay and an overall creep. I never heard about him being a woman beater. What do you guys thing? Does the ‘lovable’ co-host of Live! With Kelly and Michael, seem capable of what he’s being accused of?
Lindsay was trying to park her Porsche this morning near the Dream Hotell when she allegedly hit some guy in the knee with her car. One of her passengers got out and checked the car for damage then Lindsay and her entourage went into the hotel. While she was inside someone called the cops who were waiting for her when she left the hotel at 2:30am. They promptly arrested her for leaving the scene of an accident.
As Lindsay was taken into custody she screamed, “Call my dad! Call my dad!”
She was booked and released with a desk appearance ticket.
The victim was hospitalized but didn’t have any visible injuries at the scene.
This could affect her probation if there’s probable cause to believe she committed a crime.
Lindsay is telling friends she had no idea she hit anybody and it wasn’t until she came out and got arrested that she knew anything was going on.
She also says that no one got out of her car to check for damages because the hit and run didn’t happen. Source
She could be telling the truth. But she’s such an easy target that she might end up paying for something she didn’t do. Some would consider it karma since she didn’t get punished for a lot of stuff she’s done in the past. We’ll just have to wait and see.
Snowboarder Shaun White was arrested this past weekend after cops responed to the Lowes Vanderbilt Hotel where Shaun was staying. Shaun allegedly pulled a fire alarm in the hotel, destroyed a hotel phone, tried to flee in a cab and kicked a guy who told the cab driver he was calling the cops.
At one point he fell backwards and hit his head on a fence. He was treated at a local hospital and released. Cops arrestd him after he refused to sign misdemeanor citations. Source
Shaun took to his Facebook page to apologize. He wrote, “I want to apologize for the unwise choices I made over the weekend and for any inconvenience it caused my family, friends, business partners, the hotel and their guests. I was celebrating a happy occasion with a ton of family and friends and got carried away. I’m truly sorry for my poor behavior.” Source

Michael Turner of the Atlanta Falcons was arrested for SUI just hours after beating the Denver Broncos on Monday Night Football.
He was pulled over for speeding (97 in a 65). The cops smelled booze on him and arrested him for DUI.
He refused to submit to a breathalyzer test.
He was released two hours later on $2,179 bond.
The Falcons released a statement saying, “We are aware of the situation involving Michael and are in the process of gathering more information. Because this is now a legal matter, the club will have no further comment at this time.” Source
Sucks for him…also sucks for anyone who might have him in fantasy football.
Evander Holyfield owes over a half million dollars in back child support. He owed $563,900.91 and was held in contempt and ordered to pay $2,950 a month to clear the debt. He cut a check for $17,700 to put a dent in the overall amount owed.
A judge has designated that a percentage of his income be automatically taken out to pay off the debt. Source

Josie Harris, the mother of Floyd’s two sons, says she’s not angry at him for beating on her, an incident which landed Floyd in jail for two months.
She said, “S**t happens. I’m not mad at him at all … I love Floyd to death.”
“[Floyd] loves his kids and is a great father. He would never do anything like that again … I’m sorry the situation happened … now we will just progress and start over and move forward together.” Source

Dwyane Wade’s ex-wife Siohvaughn opened up in an interview and she has a lot to share. In the past few years she’s been dealing with the aftermath of her split with Dwyane and has been arrested, belived to be crazy and gone through 12 lawyers.
She even alleges that she was abused by Dwyane while she was pregnant.
She says, “I was pregnant with Zion. Shortly before being hospitalized I was in Florida and I woke up in the middle of the night because I was sick, obviously with the pregnancy. I noticed that Mr. Wade wasn’t in the house. I was calling him and calling him because it was probably like, two or three o’ clock in the morning and we went to bed together which means he must have gotten up out of the bed and just left in the middle of the night without telling me. I was looking for him. I looked around the house. I was calling his phone he didn’t answer. He finally got back several hours later, it was well into the next day and I was very upset. I was asking where was he and why he [would] just leave without saying anything.
“His response was at first to be verbally abusive. He was cursing, he was calling me names, he was telling me to shut the ‘f’ up.[...]He picked me up and held me over his head literally in midair and threw me down in our bathroom. We had an ottoman in the bathroom and he slammed me down so hard that when my back hit the ottoman it broke into four pieces and my back and head hit the concrete, the marble floor, excuse me, in the bathroom. After that I got up and immediately went — there’s a cordless phone in the bathroom, I immediately went to that phone and I was crying, I was hysterical, I went to go call the police. At that point more hell broke lose because I suppose he was in fear of being exposed because I certainly was going to call the police. I picked up the cordless phone, he snatched it out of my hand and he threw the cordless phone against my body so hard that the phone literally broke into pieces.
Her credibility is shot to hell. I want to believe her. But her behavior has been so erratic that it’s hard to see her as anything other than crazy and a sore loser.
